With multidisciplinary experience as a graphic designer, art director and project manager, Lauren has produced successful visual communications for a spectrum of clients from small non-profits to large corporations. Her portfolio includes design for Choice Hotels International, The National Cooperative Business Association and Outward Bound Wilderness.

Lauren lives in Baltimore, Maryland where she enjoys the creative vibe and quirkiness of the city. She is a part-time Master of Fine Arts student at the University of Baltimore and a member of AIGA, the American Institute of Graphic Arts. Lauren takes time to enjoy the city by attempting to eat at all of the foodie restaurants, visiting music and art events, and exploring different neighborhoods.

“I feel fortunate to have a job where I can solve problems through design. Being a part of a field that allows me to constantly learn, and collaborate with talented people is exciting and fulfilling.”

Matt makes magic. Or at least he makes it look that way. As a motion graphics expert with a skilled eye for design, Matt develops static visuals and transforms them into captivating animations. He’s worked on high visibility motion graphics for the Discovery Channel, political campaigns, and large organizations such as The Steel Workers Association. A formal communications and design education from American University compliment his self-taught video and animation skills.

“Working in motion graphics allows me to tie together design and functionality in order to visually tell a story or promote a message. Everyday presents a new challenge and a new opportunity to solve these challenges in a creative way.”

Cobalt collaborates with a skilled group of web developers, designers, copywriters, craftsmen, and printers to produce top quality work for our clients. The agency is run by Lauren and Matt Moore… yes they are related.
